• Where is data stored? All personal data is securely stored on Apple’s CloudKit servers, ensuring end-to-end encryption and Apple-compliant security.

• Who has access? Mountain Aerospace does not access or control this data directly; it is stored and managed by Apple within your iCloud account.

• How is data protected? CloudKit ensures that all stored personal data is encrypted, protected from unauthorized access, and fully compliant with Apple’s privacy policies.

We never use or share personal data outside of Apple’s approved ecosystem.

2. What Data We Store

Certain features of our Services may require securely storing personal data to enable functionality, including:

• User Account Information: If you create an account using Apple’s authentication system, basic account details (such as name and email) may be securely stored via CloudKit.

• User Preferences & Settings: To enhance the user experience, preferences and settings may be saved locally or within Apple’s CloudKit.
